Operations Lead & Sales Rep — Commercial Kitchen Ventilation (Houston, TX)
Houston-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial kitchen ventilation equipment — exhaust hoods, upblast fans, make-up air units — is hiring a hands-on Operations Lead & Sales Rep to run day-to-day warehouse operations and grow dealer and contractor sales.

What we're looking for: 2+ years in warehouse ops, inside sales, or restaurant equipment/HVAC; able to lift 50 lbs; forklift experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; organized and comfortable owning a role end-to-end.
Comp: Weekly base salary + commission, paid weekly.
