Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Physical Therapist working with K-12 students in a supportive educational environment. This position is ideally suited for a skilled PT seeking a meaningful role, where you’ll collaborate with educators and help students reach their fullest potential. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of May 2027, offering stability and the chance to make a lasting impact.

What you’ll bring:

• Current Maryland Physical Therapy license (MD PT License)
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting student growth and learning from kindergarten through high school

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative PT services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, in alignment with IEP goals
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to promote students’ mobility, access, and participation throughout their educational experience
• Conduct assessments, develop progress reports, and maintain all required documentation
• Work with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for each student
• Attend meetings and contribute clinical expertise to support district initiatives
• Commitment to a consistent schedule of three days per week, with location assigned within the district
