The Role: Bend steel, stainless steel, and aluminum extrusions for hatches, frames, doors, and windows Top Responsibilities: Can include: bending, flattening, welding, cutting, shearing, straightening次. grinding, sanding, fitting, inspecting Offloads weekly deliveries of material Designs dies for new extrusions using mathematical formulas from drawings and existing extrusions Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable record Qualities of the ideal candidate: Requires high school diploma or GED 1-6 months on the job training Forklift and crane certification Able to use/read a tape measure; use general construction tools, such as saws, grinder, torch, drills Basic knowledge of fabrication Work Experience: Intermediate knowledge of fabrication Ability to read drawings and blueprints Good mechanical skills and math skills, including decimals and fractions Using appropriate lifting and PPE, must be able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 75# No supervisory or management responsibilities Pre‑Hire drug test and proof of U.S. citizenship are mandatory.
