We provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and inclusion across community and home settings.

Position Summary

The ABA Therapist provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs in home, community, and clinic-based settings. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the ABA Therapist implements individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence in natural environments. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred and may be required depending on client, payer, or program requirements.

Position Scope

This position operates within the Clinical Services/Behavioral Health function and supports ABA service delivery across home, community, and clinic settings. The ABA Therapist works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality, and person-centered care. The role focuses on direct service delivery, implementation of treatment plans, and accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities

RBT certification may be required based on client needs, payer requirements, educational qualifications, or program-specific requirements. Employees who hold RBT certification must maintain active status and comply with all applicable BACB standards.

Technical Skills

Basic proficiency in data collection systems, electronic health records (EHR), and mobile applications is required. Ability to follow structured programs and apply ABA techniques effectively is essential.
