Coffee Date Seduction via Hypnosis

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

There is a seduction technique you can use on first dates such as coffee dates that is very effective. It’s called a Seductive Hypnotic Description or an ‘SHD’. It works well because it bypasses a woman’s conscious filters and causes her to experience the feelings necessary for her to feel a connection that is based on sexual tension.

There are lots of normal words that can be associated with sexuality and this is the foundation that Seductive Hypnotic Descriptions are built upon. ‘Sensitive’, ‘hard’, ’soft’ and ‘wet’, are all average words that are laden with sexuality and innuendo. Seductive Hypnotic Descriptions make use of these words by utilizing them within sentences whilst describing something or telling a story. When an SHD is used to tell a story whilst adopting the correct tone and rhythm, a strong connection that is based in sexuality can be created.

The key to utilizing SHD’s is to cause the woman to ask you a question so you can answer her question with a SHD. The simplest way to cause her to ask you the question you desire is to ask her that question first.

You need to have the woman ask you a question that lends itself to the use of a Seductive Hypnotic Description. If she were to ask you a question such as, “can you describe your first kiss for me…?”…this would be the perfect opportunity for you to use a SHD. The best way to get her to do this is to ask her first. Just ask her a few lead up questions like which school did she go to and can she remember her first boy she had a crush on. From there it’s simple to ask her, “…so do you still remember your first kiss…?”

By just talking about her first kiss with her is a great way to increase your connection with her. Whilst she’s in your company she’ll be experiencing those very same emotions and this is what will cause her to feel attraction towards you. Whether she is open to talking about her first kiss or not the question itself creates an exciting emotion within her. If she answers or not there’s a very high chance of her asking you, “…well why don’t you describe your first kiss for me…?

This is your chance to answer her with your perfectly rehearsed SHD. It would sound like, “…I do because it was a secret kiss…it was raining and everywhere was wet so we hid under this huge tree…I remember being surprised at how soft and warm her lips were even though we were both totally wet…the rain was actually dripping onto our faces from the leaves above as we kissed…her lips were so sensitive and I had to be so gentle with her…I never expected my first kiss to be like that…we snuck back to where we were meant to be both totally wet with a secret that was hard to keep…”

There are plenty of words in the above SHD that are linked with sexuality. Although they are not being used in that context, it’s the innuendo and connotations attached to them that give SHD’s their power. By using these words in sentences that are slightly confusing, you are bypassing her conscious filters and these words are going straight through to her subconscious. This is how the hypnotic factor of the equation functions.

By using a soft seductive tone of voice and maintaining a smooth speaking rhythm the effectiveness of an SHD can be increased. This cannot be obvious whatsoever and has to be done very delicately for it to work. It is enough to simply add a slightly longer pause in between your sentences whilst performing a SHD.

You can’t overdo this method of seduction as it works best in small doses only. Your first date with a woman should be a short 40 minute coffee date. You wouldn’t use any more than two SDH’s in that time period. You’ll definitely have to practice SHD’s by yourself until you come up with a few good ones that you can use naturally. Think of the question that you want her to ask you and then ask her that same question after you’ve laid down the foundations to ask such a question. When she reciprocates the question you’ll have you’re perfectly rehearsed SHD to respond with. SHD’s should only be one of the six flirting methods that you would use on a first date such as a coffee date.

Find Confidence In Yourself With NLP Anchoring

Wednesday, March 17th, 2010

First and foremost, you need to know what NLP anchoring is. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is your automatic response to stimuli. NLP is similar to classical conditioning that is taught in many psychology classes. Anchors are just one of the tools in NLP and are used to hold a feeling or reaction in place.

As you will see, we as humans have the same automatic responses to our environment. Which surprises people, even though it shouldn’t. After all, we share a lot of our DNA with other creatures, you we should expect to share the same kind of responses at least some of the time.

Sitting in a doctor’s office with the door closed you start to experience the negative feelings. Try to think of times in your life that you were happy or calm. Things that gave you pleasure. Maintain that memory and those feelings. If you can do this, the negative feelings will start to disappear. If you repeat this exercise every time you start to feel claustrophobic eventually, the claustrophobia will disappear because you have reconditioned your reaction.

For instance, if you want to remain calm and peaceful, think of a memory that evokes this emotion. Concentrate on that memory while staying with your body in the present. If that feeling starts fading, focus on that memory again. If you keep doing this, eventually, your mind will associate the event with a new feeling.

Another exercise in the NLP Anchoring process is to associate touch with a positive feeling. Maybe there is a certain gesture or even a certain spot on your body, finger, hair or hand, which you can learn to connect positive feelings to. Then, when you start feeling the negative feelings, you can touch that area to help you bring about positive feelings.

Finally, we all have things in our environment that do not produce pleasant feelings. It maybe a person, place or thing; but, they are there. So, how do we handle these situations? Simple, practice what you already know, NLP Anchoring. It is the same process as mentioned before only, you imagine the situation and remember a time that brought about positive feelings.

Hypnosis Techniques–Combining Power Loops With Suggestion

Saturday, March 13th, 2010

Have you ever told someone something, but the person whom you were speaking to totally forgot that you said it? Sometimes you tell a person the same thing again and again, and it seems like they never once heard what you said. This is a everyday break down in communication that is more common than you originally may have thought. It is for this reason that hypnosis trainers have always taught the necessity of including repetition with your communication tactics.

Hypnotists are also well aware that people are not likely to take in a suggestion unless the suggestion is continual. This is why many hypnosis strategies are built-in with repetition. A hypnotist will repeat suggestions in unique ways so that the suggestion is likely to take root.

In fact, not only do you have the option of repeating the hypnosis methods that you are using, most hypnosis tactics NEED to be repeated in order for them to be efficient. Hypnosis techniques are delivered through the vehicle of suggestion. However, in order for hypnotic suggestions to take root, they need to be repeated enough times so that they will successfully take root in the person’s unconscious mind whom you are influencing.

The technique used in hypnosis for repeating suggestions is called Power Loops. You use Power Loops to continue looping around hypnotic suggestions in order to make your suggestions powerful enough to take root in a person’s unconscious mind. Each time you loop around a suggestion, you make the suggestion more powerful. It goes without saying that the more power loops you use, the more strength you add to your persuasion techniques.

As a rule, most competent hypnotists utilize what is branded as The Blackjack rule as a standard to decide how many Power Loops they must use to repeat their suggestions. The Blackjack rule says that a hypnotic suggestion should be repeated 21 times in order for the hypnosis method to take root in a person’s unconscious mind to the point where the idea is able to grow and produce results.

Shocking hypnosis techniques that are intentionally manufactured to make your enemies eat out of the palm of your hand are only revealed in the Disguised Hypnosis Home Study Program. Disguised Hypnosis has so many shocking and devastating persuasion tactics that it was outlawed from US prison Systems.

Can I Beat Stress Via Hypnosis?

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Often situations or actions can generate undue stress. Only through forte, resolve, and a willing readiness do people conquer this difficult state. Reasons for stress are usually marital, or domestic struggle, money related, or ghosts of the past haunting us.

More often than not, financial uncertainty, joblessness, social affiliations, work anxieties, monetary loss that is the root of stress. Conditions like sleeplessness, worry, annoyances, despair, hypertension, drug habits are a result of this.

A person in stress mostly shows the most common symptoms that include headache, depression, insomnia, drug addiction, and high blood pressure. One of the most economical ways of reducing your stress is hypnosis, which is famous for its ability to resolve issues and difficulties as well as addictions through therapy.

Self-hypnosis is an extremely multi-purpose therapy that can be used for everything from simple relaxation to pain management. It is easy to do, and the results are lasting, and it can pay us several benefits at the same time. You can eliminate bad habits, like smoking or overeating. You can give yourself permission to be happier, more self-confident, less shy and more sociable.

Find a quiet place, free of distractions or disturbances. Many people like to lie back, and prefer to sit on a chair, or in a cross-legged position. Implement this and see what suits you. Decide on a goal for your session, and try seeking positive elements in your goal. Take a deep breath, expanding your abdomen and inhaling increased flow of oxygen, and you will feel calm. By exhaling, you will breathe out all the stress from your day. Feel the oxygen spread throughout in your body.

This process requires tranquil and quiet surroundings. For this to work, you will have to invoke recurring thoughts. Transport your mind into the place you would like it to be, saying goodbye to the pressures of today. You will start to feel relaxed. For this to work, you will have to realise in your mind the goals you want, repeatedly.

Hypnosis is a process to communicate, and educate both the conscious and subconscious mind of a person to believe, and trust in the positive message. When we start hypnosis, conscious mind of a person is in relaxed state, but the subconscious mind remains active; in this situation, the person gets rid of all the stress. In this way, a person chooses focused and positive thinking. Hypnosis is a key to enter the subconscious mind, as it is the root cause of all types of stresses, created by bitter experiences of the past. Hypnosis is the only process to reach subconscious mind, and eliminate all the factors causing stress, and depression.

The movers and shakers of tinsel town, political leaders, and athletes go in for self-hypnosis to be rid of tensions, and let downs. This useful solution can help you attain heights you never thought possible, and take on a constructive outlook on your state of being.

Covert Persuasion and The Top Three Persuasion Systems

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010

It cannot be denied that there are numerous skill sets of covert persuasion being taught to the extent that many hypnosis techniques cannot be used in real life scenarios. Covert hypnosis generally falls into three systems of persuasion:

1) Social Status and Power 2) Covert language patterns 3) Seduction and dating advice

Most of the teachings that are out there only focus upon one of these systems. Or, what happens is you are taught only the principles of covert persuasion and expected to adapt the universal principles of covert hypnosis into whatever particular persuasion system you happen to be operating in. This means that many schools do not deliver the entire training you need to get the things you want.

Power and social status involves getting raises at work, getting better jobs, and making profitable alliances that can help you obtain the things you want. Covert language patterns involves sleight of mouth and other conversational hypnosis techniques that you can use to persuade people through language. Seduction involves the most optimal way to communicate with members of the opposite sex in order to increase the likelihood of being able to date more attractive people.

All three of these areas of persuasion are exceedingly imperative, but without hesitation, social status and power are the most essential because by obtaining social status, everything else that you want will eventually fall into place. Nevertheless, it is good to learn mind control hypnosis that goes over as much territory of the art of persuasion as possible. The more you learn, the more you can accomplish. It cannot be denied that those who increase in knowledge will also increase in power.

Now, to learn hypnosis mind control and to practice hypnosis mind control are two different things entirely. If you are serious and actually apply what you are being taught to real life situations, you will achieve the results you are looking for. Hypnosis mind control is like anything else in life: The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

Powerful hypnotic mind control is only fully taught in one power persuasion course. Discover how to harness the hypnotic mind control to get what you want in life easily by downloading your free hypnosis CD.

NLP Rewind Technique – Eliminate Your Fear And Replace It With Confidence

Monday, March 1st, 2010

We can talk about phobias until the cows come home. We all have them and sometimes are stuck with them to such an extent that they destroy our chances of being happy. To the end, there is a glimmer of hope by using the nlp rewind technique.

NLP or it’s full name; Neuro-Linguistic-Programming as been around for a long time, but has only been used productively in the past few years. Research has found that we tend to replay the problem in our minds over and over again until we cannot differentiate between past and present. What might have happened to us in the past has somehow jumped into our present in a very real and frightening way. Hence the anxiousness and sweaty palms and even heart palpitations manifest at the slightest recall.

Let’s briefly look at a case study recently brought to the fore:

Janet is a 40 year old mother of two and wonderfully happy. Her husband as a great job and her children are excelling at school. Janet has just one problem though, she cannot drive a car. You see her her little brother died in a car crash when she was also just a toddler, and seems to think that she will also die if she drives car.

After a long discussion with her therapist they both decided on the rewind technique. Here is a brief summary of what transpired at her sessions:

After a few therapy sessions, Janet was willing to try this technique as a last resort. The process necessitates rewinding her visual memory as if she was an audience member watching her own movie. This way she could observe, her own feelings and emotions as they happened. It sort of gives the patient a platform to disassociate themselves from the trauma.

Once this memory would manifest, she was then asked to get up from her chair and stand in a spot where she could observe herself watching her movie. It was sort of an out of body visualization technique. She would then have to observe her feelings, emotions and facial expressions in detail.

She was then gradually allowed to change the color of her movie into technicolor. This immediately brightened up the mood of the movie. She was then urged to watch her movie until the end in a position where she was not frightened because she was observing from the side lines, while rewinding and fast forwarding her movie and putting some positive scenes like music and nice objects around the actors. She started to imagine that she was driving in her little car, safe and sound while soothing music played on the radio.

She ended up with a yellow beach buggy that blared a popular song by the Beach Boys. Her fear was eliminated and replaced with the nlp rewind technique and she is now confident behind the wheel, so much so that she is hardly home any more!

Discover more about the NLP rewind technique and find out how you can use it to cure phobias fast.

Do Subliminal Messages Really Work? A Quick Look At Subliminal Messages

Friday, February 26th, 2010

A common question when people talk about the subconscious mind would be something like, do subliminal messages really work? These messages are said to communicate with your subconscious mind, and are supposedly used in advertising so marketers effectively sell their products. These messages are also used in therapy sessions for the mind.

Subliminal messages are not perceived by the conscious mind, so you do not exactly see or hear them. You do not exactly see or hear these messages beneath visuals or audio tracks – your mind simply receives them directly without going through the conscious mind.

People have thought that marketers and advertisers use subliminal messages to sell. Words are said to be inserted in videos but they are so fast that the conscious mind is not able to even notice it. Audio, as well, have been injected with these messages, with statements hidden in the tracks. These messages are not heard and not understood – but only the subconscious mind does.

However, as you know more, you tend to ask once again: do subliminal messages really work? The answer should be yes, they do work. Some people do not say that it works because they do not feel it working. How can you feel something which works if you do not perceive? Only by experiments in controlled environments can tell that they do actually work.

This is why subliminal messages, aside from marketing promotions and products, have been used in therapy sessions, as well. They could help people to improve their personalities, overcome psychological problems and other things related with the mental thinking. Subliminal messages may be hidden in pictures, videos and audio, so that patients are not aware of subliminal messages hidden from their conscious mind, but is in fact already understood and grasped by their mind through the subconscious.

These subliminal messages have the power to tell the mind what to feel and what to think about (obviously without getting you to do anything dangerous or against your will). By harnessing this power, humans could improve themselves and successfully help themselves to become better people.

For out more about how subliminal messages work see how to make subliminal messages yourself.

What Can Facilitate Me To Recover My Self Esteem

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

“No I am sorry!!! I think I would not be able to do this speech”. You might have heard this kind of sentences in your daily life. Most of the people who say this lack confidence. You should value yourself and show others that you are capable of doing any sort of work.

Firstly, let us study about the word self-esteem. As you recognise that the word esteem means how you believe about something, or how praiseworthy, or precious you think it is, self-esteem means how greatly we feel appreciated, cherished, established, and are thought well of by others.

Well, self-esteem can be smashed when someone, whose acceptance is vital, constantly puts you down. This thought is normally seen in children when they are neglected or are given negative criticism about their work or any other activity. When many negative inner voices and outside criticism get together, they normally harm self-esteem.

When we sit alone, we normally analyze ourselves and try to portray a picture of who we are, in our minds. We normally are trying to find a way to overcome our weaknesses, and we develop this picture since our childhood. Unrealistic expectations can also be the reason for low self-esteem.

It may feel out dated, but to feel good about what you are is the easiest way to triumph over this dilemma. When you start realising the actuality that you can do much better than others do; you slowly, but surely start feeling confidence in yourself. Having the inclination of adapting new circumstances, or standing against harsh situation leaves a very encouraging impact in your life.

It may feel cheesy but feeling good about what you are is the easiest way to overcome this problem. When you start realizing the fact that you can do much better than others, you gradually start feeling confidence in yourself. Having the habit of adapting new situation or standing against tough situation leaves a very positive impact in your life.

Doing regular exercise daily relieves anxiety, and keeps you in good health, and more contented. It is by no means too late to put up healthy as well as optimistic self-esteem. In a number of cases, where one is sensitively hurt, the assist of a mental health professional can be taken, similar to that of a counsellor, or therapist. These professionals can take steps as a guide, helping people to gain knowledge of how to love them, and comprehend what is exclusive, and extraordinary about them.

Doing exercise daily relieves stress and makes you healthier and happier. It is never too late to put up healthy as well as positive self-esteem. In some cases, where one is emotionally hurt, the help of a mental health professional can be taken, like that of a counsellor or therapist. These professionals can act as a guide, helping people learn to love themselves and realize what is unique and special about them.

On the other hand, a prudent person never repeats them. This all becomes achievable when you have audacity and self-reliance in yourself; however, over-confidence leads you to the wrong path.

The Benefits of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

The benefits of Neuro-Linguistic Programming for anyone who suffers from a phobia can be life changing. Effective and powerful, NLP can help you not only overcome the phobia but also help you uncover the root of the phobia and understand why it existed in the first place. To really understand why NLP is effective, you much first understand what NLP is.

NLP is a form of psychotherapy that can benefit anyone who seeks it in ways far beyond overcoming phobias. It can help with shyness, depression, habit or learning disorders, psychosomatic illnesses and help you live a fuller, happier life. Because it doesn’t settle for treating symptoms, NLP exposes the cause of the disorder and corrects it providing long lasting results that other forms of therapy can’t.

NLP practitioners actively listen to your answers to questions targeted at uncovering the root of your phobia. They will look for clues and tips as to what experience in the past has led your phobia to take hold. Often times, this is a memory of something deeply suppressed in your mind. In order to make any real progress you have to be willing to look into your subconscious and let that come out so it can be changed.

After the root cause is uncovered, it’s time to look at the trigger itself. The trigger is that which the phobia centers around – spiders, snakes, dogs, the dark or people to name just a few possible triggers. For the purpose of this article, we’ll say your phobia is of dogs. The cause of that fear is likely a traumatic event that happened when you were too young to remember or had the fear of dogs instilled in you by a parent or guardian who had the same fear. These memories take seed in our subconscious minds – becoming similar to programs – and turn into phobias.

Now you’ve discovered your phobia of dogs comes from an early memory your brain is conjuring up – even though you’re not aware of it – when you see or hear dogs. This is happening because to that negative program, Factor A (the dog) plus Factor B (you) equals Outcome C (the dog is going to bite you or maul you or something of that nature in most dog phobias). The problem with that is, A plus B doesn’t always equal C. What needs to be done here, is a reformatting of that program.

The NLP practitioner will work with you to help anchor the trigger – dogs – with a more pleasant association. Instead of that negative programmed memory making you feel fear and panic, the sight of dogs will be reprogrammed to bring to mind a calming tone of voice, a color that makes you relax or a place you find comforting. You may never love dogs enough to own one, but you may just be able to brush one when you visit a friend with a pooch of their own.

Awareness – NLP

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

There are two basic principals of beginning to work with Neuro-Linguistic Programming which can greatly improve a person’s life by teaching them how to control their emotional reactions, move further in their career and improve behavioral problems. This powerful, fast and effective method of psychotherapy – called NLP for short – can assist a person on their journey to a happy, more fulfilled life.

The first step, though, is deciding that you are ready to change. Without a willingness to accept that many of your problems are caused by the way you think, you are going to get limited use out of NLP therapy. NLP seeks to help you change, but if you are unreceptive to the ideas and methodology behind it, there is little anyone can do. The change first starts with you.

Set Goals:

The first step in NLP therapy is to set achievable goals keeping in mind exactly what you hope to accomplish. Don’t be vague. Wanting to improve your life isn’t the answer you’re looking for you. You have to know exactly what you need to improve your life – what needs to change, what needs to stay the same, what needs to be added and what needs to be removed are all questions you need to ask yourself at this time. For this reason, setting goals may take longer and be more involved than you expected, but it is necessary if you want to see real results.

When you have answered the questions posed above it is time to state your goals. Leave the negativity at the door here. Phrase your goals in a positive way. You almost must be able to see, hear, feel, taste or touch the results. In other words, you must be able to have tangible results. This way you can test your results and physically experience your achievements. Make this easier by visualizing your results as you set your goals. Imagine all aspects of that goal and achieving it. You also have to be responsible for keeping track of your results yourself. This is important because you don’t want your progress to depend on someone else. Also be sure the result does not limit you in any way. The goal of NLP is opening yourself up to choice and option. Do not set a goal that robs you of either of those things.

Awareness

Awareness is of vital importance. Setting a goal is of little help if you can’t tell whether or not you progressing. You have to be able to see the progress in yourself but also, be able to read your progress in the people you interact with. Read them carefully for their reaction to you and watch to see if it is changing as it should be. You should be able to see positive changes in the way they interact with you. The great thing about NLP is it shows you how to do that as well.

If you are looking for more info about NLP then you need to check what is nlp.
